Full-time and part-time employees may access multiple levels of medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Additional benefits include life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, along with disability coverage and paid family leave. Employees enjoy paid time off, opportunities for financial and career growth with tuition and loan assistance, and a 401(k) retirement package with company match. Wellness programs addressing mental, physical, and financial health are part of the comprehensive support provided, including free gym memberships and virtual mental health services.
