The Receptionist is responsible for managing both in-person interactions and phone/email correspondence, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting the operational needs of the Laboratory and Engineering teams. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years of front desk experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in multitasking across calls, emails, and in-person communication
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Managing the main entryway and lobby area, covering the front desk, signing people in/out, greeting clients, visitors, vendors, and employees
- Maintaining security by administering the badge process
- Answering calls on a multi-line phone system and routing properly
- Relaying time-sensitive information via phone, intercom, MS Teams, or email
- Inventory support, incoming and outgoing mail processing, and other clerical duties as assigned
- Demonstrating and supporting GEL core values
- Conducting activities that support the Human Resources team
