Job Duties

  • Receive all inbound calls for the dealership
  • Maintain a friendly manner while answering the phones
  • Transfer all calls to the correct extensions and individuals requested
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Log all incoming packages and notify recipients promptly
  • Contact General Manager or designee about postal mail arrival
  • Provide general sales inquiries to appropriate department or individual
  • Log and track all sales-related calls as per dealership standards
  • Assist in administrative work as approved by management
