Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in an ADHC or CBAS center
  • experience using TurboTAR software
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • bilingual preferred but not required

  • experience with scheduling, billing, or participant records
  • knowledge of ADHC regulations and workflow
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • team player with strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet participants, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • schedule appointments and manage daily attendance
  • perform data entry and maintain accurate records in TurboTAR
  • assist with ADHC documentation and administrative tasks
  • coordinate with nursing, social services, and activity staff
  • maintain organized front desk and filing systems
