Job Requirements
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- General computer proficiency including data entry and word processing

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services using telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Manage incoming communication efficiently and courteously
- Ensure confidentiality and quality standards in all communications
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
