We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast-paced office environment in Cupertino, CA. This contract position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $28.00 to $30.00 and provides the opportunity to be an integral part of our organizational operations while supporting both visitors and internal teams with exceptional service. The Receptionist role plays a pivotal part in shaping the first impression of our company by greeting and assisting employees, guests, and vendors with warmth, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, including managing visitor logs, issuing badges, coordinating arrivals, and facilitating smooth communication between guests and personnel. Beyond front desk duties, the receptionist will support general administrative functions such as filing, mail distribution, word processing, and inventory management for supplies and snacks within shared spaces. You will also assist with studio events, including catering setup and vendor management, and act as on-site administrative support for executives and leadership by coordinating deliveries, meetings, and hospitality.

Working Monday through Friday during daytime hours, this position provides a creative and collaborative workplace environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the daily experience of visitors and team members alike. Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • maintain visitor logs and issue badges as needed

  • receive, unpack, and distribute supply and snack orders while maintaining accurate inventory across kitchens, break rooms, and shared areas
  • frequently restock and organize kitchens and common spaces, promptly replenishing items when supplies run low
  • support studio events and meetings, including catering setup, coordination, and vendor management
  • respond promptly and helpfully to requests and questions from team members across the organization
