- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- ability to handle a high volume of calls on a multi-line system
- proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
- reliable and punctual
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- capable of handling cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Answer all calls high volume on a multi-line system
- transfer calls throughout the company as needed
- sort collate and input invoices purchase orders scanned and uploaded documents
- keep up with insurance and upload into company database
- prepare daily cash reports credit card and cash
- take all payments as needed
- file all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders
- verify payments and file accordingly
- collect references for credit applications and obtain necessary signatures
- perform accounts receivable collections
- organize office supply orders
- complete various tasks as assigned by supervisor
