Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • ability to handle a high volume of calls on a multi-line system
  • proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • capable of handling cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Answer all calls high volume on a multi-line system
  • transfer calls throughout the company as needed
  • sort collate and input invoices purchase orders scanned and uploaded documents
  • keep up with insurance and upload into company database
  • prepare daily cash reports credit card and cash
  • take all payments as needed
  • file all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders
  • verify payments and file accordingly
  • collect references for credit applications and obtain necessary signatures
  • perform accounts receivable collections
  • organize office supply orders
  • complete various tasks as assigned by supervisor
