Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors including clients, vendors, job applicants, and internal staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a secure and organized visitor sign-in and sign-out process
- Notify employees promptly of visitor arrivals
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, screening and directing calls efficiently
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries ensuring proper distribution and tracking
- Support other departments such as accounting by sorting and stamping billing when front desk is not busy
- Manage communication flow and provide comprehensive administrative support
