Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
  • Experience handling mail and courier services
  • Professional attitude and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors including clients, vendors, job applicants, and internal staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain a secure and organized visitor sign-in and sign-out process
  • Notify employees promptly of visitor arrivals
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, screening and directing calls efficiently
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries ensuring proper distribution and tracking
  • Support other departments such as accounting by sorting and stamping billing when front desk is not busy
  • Manage communication flow and provide comprehensive administrative support
