We are currently looking to hire a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This vital role requires a professional, courteous individual with a passion for helping people and offering excellent customer service. As a Receptionist at Southwest INFINITI, you will be instrumental in maintaining the positive reputation and image of our dealership by providing welcoming, attentive assistance and efficiently managing front desk operations. This position involves greeting customers as they enter the showroom, answering and directing incoming phone calls and inquiries, and assisting the Office Manager or General Manager with various clerical duties. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
