Job Duties

Checking in and checking out guests of the hotel
assisting with PBX (phone operator) duties
responding to guest inquiries including folio questions, rate inquiries, and guest concerns
providing local concierge information
assisting with luggage handling
upselling hotel services
inputting maintenance and housekeeping requests
supporting team members as needed
