Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Data entry experience required
  • Must reside within 30 miles of Irving, TX
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
  • Clerical testing required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of receptionist experience ideally in a corporate office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in data entry
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all guests with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor communications promptly and accurately
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area and oversee guest badge and sign-in procedures
  • Provide administrative support for leadership, meetings, and event coordination including catering logistics and materials preparation
