The available role is for a Corporate Receptionist, a critical position acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This full-time, onsite temporary assignment for approximately one month starting April 27th offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. Scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM, the receptionist role demands a professional individual capable of managing multiple communication channels, scheduling, and visitor engagements with a calm and organized demeanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing incoming communications, overseeing the visitor sign-in process, and providing various administrative supports including event coordination and meeting preparation.

This position plays a pivotal role in upholding the company's professional image and ensuring efficient internal communication. Candidates will utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools extensively and potentially Canva to assist with visual materials, coupled with visitor management systems to enhance the front office workflow. Residing within 30 miles of Irving, TX, and possessing 4-5 years of receptionist experience in a corporate setting are important prerequisites.
