- 4-5 years of receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Data entry experience required
- Must reside within 30 miles of Irving, TX
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Clerical testing required

- 4-5 years of receptionist experience ideally in a corporate office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in data entry

Job Duties
- Greet and direct all guests with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor communications promptly and accurately
- Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area and oversee guest badge and sign-in procedures
- Provide administrative support for leadership, meetings, and event coordination including catering logistics and materials preparation
- Assist with internal communications and general office coordination to support smooth daily operations
