- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with email, calendar, and scheduling systems

- Availability to work 3 days per week for 13-hour shifts

Job Duties

- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area
- Use digital tools and office systems efficiently
- Support teammates and adapt to changing needs
