Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in receptionist or customer service roles
- knowledge of customer service principles
- good communication skills
- proficiency in phone etiquette
- understanding of HIPAA compliance
- ability to work full time

Job Duties
- Greet guests and family members as they come in
- answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested
- maintain a current guest file by room number
- provide administrative/admissions support
- provide recruiting support
- provide billing support
- comply with HIPPA laws
