We are excited to offer a full-time Receptionist position that is vital to the smooth operation of our facility. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, setting a positive tone for their experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests and family members warmly, managing incoming phone calls with professionalism, and assisting with various administrative tasks such as maintaining guest files, providing admissions support, and supporting recruiting and billing processes. Compliance with HIPAA laws is essential to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our guests. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to our team's success while providing meaningful support to our guests and their families, ensuring they receive the best customer service possible.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in receptionist or customer service roles
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • good communication skills
  • proficiency in phone etiquette
  • understanding of HIPAA compliance
  • ability to work full time

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and family members as they come in
  • answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested
