The Receptionist role is a 12-month onsite contract position based in Cupertino, CA, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour and a possibility of extension. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and welcoming front-of-house experience within a fast-paced, creative studio environment. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist shapes the guest experience, supports daily studio operations, and maintains the organization and presentation of shared spaces. Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reception, admin, or EA experience within a corporate environment
- Experience collaborating with security, facilities, or operations teams to support a seamless workplace experience
- Discretion in handling highly confidential information
- Ability to work onsite in Cupertino, CA
- Availability for a 12 month contract with potential extension
- Ability to handle multitasking and fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in macOS and iOS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Skilled in using macOS, iOS, and productivity tools (Calendar, Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
- Familiarity with Slack, Wrike, or similar platforms a plus
- Discretion in managing sensitive or confidential information
- Flexible and dependable, with a service mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in presentation and user experience
Job Duties
- Take ownership of the daily operations of the studio, ensuring all spaces are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Serve as the face of the studio, ensuring hospitality and professionalism in every interaction
- Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail
- Partner closely with internal partners to maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient arrival experience for all visitors
- Act as on-site administrative support for executives and leadership, coordinating deliveries, meetings, and hospitality needs
- Receive, unpack, and distribute supply and snack orders while maintaining accurate inventory across kitchens, break rooms, and shared areas
- Frequently restock and organize kitchens and common spaces, promptly replenishing items when supplies run low
- Support studio events and meetings, including catering setup, coordination, and vendor management
- Respond promptly and helpfully to requests and questions from team members across the organization
- Partner with Studio Operations, Space Planning, Tech Ops, and Facilities teams to resolve issues quickly and uphold standards
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or proprietary information
- Demonstrate accountability and pride in maintaining a workspace that reflects our client’s culture of care, design excellence, and attention to detail
