The Connecticut Branch, based at 113 Plainfield Pike Road in Plainfield, CT, is currently expanding its operations and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth office operations as Uline continues to scale its presence in the region. As an office orchestrator, the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing outstanding customer service and facilitating efficient communication within the office. This position is full-time and on-site, offering competitive pay ranging from $19 to $26 per hour along with a $5,000 new hire bonus, reflecting Uline's commitment to attracting top talent.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing visitor registration, and coordinating building access while handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate departments or individuals. Additionally, the incumbent will support daily administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring seamless office functionality. Communication with executive-level staff and assistance with safety protocols in collaboration with Uline Security and first responders will be key components of this role, underscoring the importance of diligence, discretion, and professionalism.

- 2+ years of relevant receptionist experience with excellent communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
