Job Duties

  • Administer medical questionnaires directly to clinic staff, patients, and visitors
  • Administer and interpret temperature readings using forehead, tympanic, or oral thermometers according to manufacturer instructions and CDC guidelines
  • Report positive and negative screening results following established protocols
  • Communicate findings directly to leads as required
  • Document the findings and results of medical screenings
  • Translate for provider and office staff as requested
  • Make necessary changes to appointment types based on screening results and communicate clearly with patients
  • Ensure the registration and lobby areas are maintained appropriately
  • Notify the Office Manager of potential problems including patient relations and flow
  • Acquire appropriate signatures as needed
