The Front Desk Receptionist position at Provo Canyon School is a full-time role requiring a detail-oriented and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff. The position entails managing reception duties efficiently across two locations, requiring flexibility and a cooperative spirit. Working 36 hours per week with shifts mainly scheduled between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays through Fridays, and a 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. shift on Saturdays, this role provides a consistent weekly schedule tailored to support the school’s operational needs.   • skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school

Job Duties

  • Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
  • responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
  • responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information
