The Front Desk Receptionist position at Provo Canyon School is a full-time role requiring a detail-oriented and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff. - Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen
- acceptable oral and written communication skills
- ability to maintain information as highly confidential
- skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school

Job Duties
- Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
- responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
- responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information
- updating the communication log at the end of every shift
- collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage
- order and maintain office and visit room supplies
