Job Duties
- greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- answer and manage a multi-line phone system, handling inbound calls promptly and courteously
- operate a switchboard efficiently, managing up to 10 lines simultaneously
- sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail to the correct recipients
- provide general administrative support, including use of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication
- maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments as needed
- handle inquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders
