The position of U.S. Memory Care Receptionist plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for visitors, families, staff, and business partners entering the community. This full-time role involves managing telephone communications, greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring deliveries are signed for appropriately, and providing general information about the community. The Receptionist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer use. This role requires availability during weekends, reflecting the community's commitment to accessibility and responsive service. Additionally, candidates must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
