Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Receive packages and deliver to the appropriate people
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as booking reservations, placing catering orders, sending flowers, mailing thank you letters
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate deliveries or courier services
  • Assist with set-up and clean-up after office events
  • Restock the snack closet and soda fridge
  • Tidy up the conference rooms
  • Place work orders for the building
  • Clean the coffee machine daily
  • Ensure all visitors follow security protocols as needed
