Job Duties

  • Arrive at the office and be prepared to work at the beginning of the shift
  • Answer all phone calls, record detailed messages, and greet visitors in a pleasant manner
  • Keep all office supplies replenished
  • Help maintain any filing that needs to be done
  • Route calls to the appropriate individuals at the appropriate region
  • Assist walk-in customers with purchase of retail items or rental of equipment
  • Issue purchase orders for non-inventory items
  • Process card payments for all locations
  • Arrive at meetings on time and prepared to participate
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with employees
  • Act in a manner that represents the professional manner reflecting the company's values and principles
  • Constantly look for and suggest ways to perform duties and responsibilities more effectively, what we call Act Like an Owner
  • Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Accounting Director
