Job Requirements
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience required
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to follow security protocols and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or receptionist position within a hospitality or corporate environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office technology and equipment
Job Duties
- Greet and handle visitors with friendliness and professionalism
- Operate the switchboard answering telephones and taking accurate messages
- Manage conference room schedules and communicate changes to relevant staff
- Implement security procedures for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
- Provide hospitality services including way-finding and building amenities information
- Handle car service requests for visitors and staff
- Communicate support requests to maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mailroom departments
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
