experience in customer service or client support
strong communication skills
ability to use scheduling and payment software

Job Duties

Greet visitors and answer telephones
guide clients and their pets to exam rooms
schedule and confirm appointments
place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients
present and explain fees and process payments
recommend, select, and obtain products and services including prescriptions
answer questions about products and services and educate clients on general animal care
manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
maintain hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
