Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Close service tickets
- Other duties as assigned
