Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk or reception experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
  • Experience in customer service
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and employees as they enter the office
  • Manage scheduling and calendaring
  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Make conference room reservations
  • Order food for meetings when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness in the main conference room and kitchen area
  • Prepare coffee and tea in the mornings
  • Assist with general cleaning using sanitary wipes when needed
