Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college-level education
- one year administrative experience
- bilingual preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CPR and First Aid certification
- ability to pass drug testing and background checks
- availability for full-time day shift
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- familiarity with agency policies
- reliable attendance
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- adherence to professional ethics and conduct
- knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

Job Qualifications

- bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- proficient communication skills at all staff levels
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

- CPR and First Aid certification

Job Duties
- Answering telephone and directing calls to appropriate associates
- greeting office visitors and directing them to proper parties
- taking and retrieving messages for staff and consumers
- providing callers with company information including address and directions
- receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail
- distributing inter-office mail and faxes
- coordinating express mail pick-up and delivery
- assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies
- assisting HR with printing documents and filing
- creating and updating departmental forms
- printing certificates for staff training and consumer achievement
- maintaining agency contact sheet and copier ink inventory
- coordinating agency conference room reservations
- preparing employee birthday cards monthly
- preparing handbooks, brochures and pamphlets
- assisting staff in a collaborative manner
- participating in meetings and training sessions
- completing all required orientation and mandated training
- performing any other duties as assigned
