Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year proven work experience in facility or property administration in commercial real estate industry
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, mapping and database software
  • Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment located in conference rooms
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and multitask in a busy office environment
  • Some college coursework in business, hospitality or property management preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English both verbal and written is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate associates
  • Distribute mail and manage flow of correspondence
  • Requisition office supplies and handle clerical duties
  • Greet customers, guests, and employees to create a positive first impression
  • Provide security badges for visitors and employees
  • Manage and coordinate mail and courier pick-up and delivery
  • Support facility manager and coordinator with clerical tasks
  • Respond to client inquiries and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
