Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • ability to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • ability to work overtime as requested by management
  • dependable, reliable, and punctual attendance including potential outside regular business hours

Job Duties

  • Answer multi line phones
  • greet customers and visitors by name when possible with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • maintain lobby area and conference rooms
  • take and deliver messages promptly
  • distribute mail and deliveries during the day and process outgoing mail
  • handle branch accounting procedures and process daily banking
  • prepare overnight and courier packages
  • receipt escrow funds and send receipt copies to appropriate parties
  • open new escrows and title orders
  • task to Central Processing Unit (CPU) for payoffs, HOA and utility demands as requested
  • continue escrow education through company training webinars, seminars, and meetings
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and complete mandatory company compliance training
  • work scheduled hours Monday through Friday
  • work overtime as requested by management
  • maintain dependable, reliable and punctual attendance
  • adapt to changing industry environments and support company projects related to new software tools and platforms
  • accept supervision, constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with all levels of management, employees and customers

  • utilize company software tools and support services for efficient escrow file processing
