Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- ability to manage phone systems and office equipment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with basic office software
- ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- willingness to undergo background check, credit check, MVR, and drug screening as required

Job Duties
- Place outgoing calls
- answer incoming calls
- forward calls to party
- take messages
- notify employees that visitors have arrived
- pass messages on to the party called or their assistant
- take messages for absent employees
- receive packages, letters, etc., sign for parcels when necessary
- type memos, letters, listings, etc. as backup to other departments
- filing and miscellaneous office/clerical assistance as needed
- request insurance and complete pre-lien correspondence for all new projects
- distribute, create, and manage all emails and files for incoming projects with estimating department
- perform additional assignments and duties per supervisor's direction
