Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum six months of related receptionist or clerical experience
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone system
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Minimum six months experience performing receptionist or general clerical duties
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with the public by telephone and in person
- Experience with operation of multi-line telephone system preferred
- Proficient with computer and standard office equipment
- Knowledge of basic office procedures
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications
Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate individual or department
- Take messages and handle caller inquiries when possible
- Open building and retrieve general voicemails received during non-business hours
- Greet incoming visitors and determine the nature of their business
- Contact individuals or departments to notify them of visitor presence
- Pick-up, date-stamp, sort, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and general correspondence
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conference room scheduling
- Perform general data entry functions as required
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
