Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • answer telephones and direct calls in a timely and professional manner
  • monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to calls
  • manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • maintain a safe and secure environment and follow safety standards
  • encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
  • keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized
  • direct emergency personnel to emergency location and act as contact person in emergencies
  • document significant incidents in the logbook
  • maintain visitor sign-in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and complete maintenance work orders
