Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional office setting
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to analyse and prioritize a variety of tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Well organized, strong attention to detail, deadline oriented, and self-motivated

- 5+ years’ experience supporting Manager/C-level Executives
- Facilities-related experience in a support capacity
Job Duties
- Managing all incoming calls
- Handling queries and complaints via phones
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
- Log checks and overnight to lockboxes
- Handle daily incoming faxes
- Provide concierge-level support for visitors and clients
- Support facilities related needs
