Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of reception or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and adaptable attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of reception or administrative experience preferred
  • General office experience preferred
  • Previous agency experience is a plus
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a quick learning ability

Job Duties

  • Managing and directing incoming phone calls for a busy agency headquarters office
  • Providing excellent customer service and hospitality to clients and visitors
  • Front desk management including greeting and managing client and visitor access
  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook proficiently for communication and scheduling
  • Maintaining a friendly, professional, and polite attitude with adaptability in changing situations
  • Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly
