Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year full-time experience performing front desk duties
  • Eligible for DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
  • Must maintain fingerprint clearance throughout employment
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of full-time experience performing front desk duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency with scheduling and office software
  • Eligibility for DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Perform front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments efficiently
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and organized appointment records
  • Communicate information effectively between clients and program staff
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
