Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in administrative office functions
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a full-time shift from 3 pm to 11 pm
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Post high school training or degree with business emphasis preferred

Job Duties
- Complete trash removal, housekeeping, culinary, salon and spa laundry as needed
- Manage all incoming calls, visitors and outside vendors
- Assist residents with personalized services
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas
- Monitor and respond to resident inquiries
- Support event setup and resident activities
