Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to work Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • Must be available to work every Saturday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist preferred
  • One year of experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide office and clerical support throughout the facility
  • Greet all facility guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Direct incoming calls and visitors to the appropriate staff or departments
  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure residents and visitors feel comfortable and safe while in the facility
