Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and physical ability to perform all modern business office clerical roles, including mail distribution
- Proficiency in working with a multi-line telephone system
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to operate all current administrative office equipment including word-processor and other computer equipment, copiers, facsimiles, printers, base radio

Job Duties
- Operating a multi-line telephone system
- Answering and transferring callers to the appropriate department and staff member
- Taking and distributing messages as needed
- Greeting, announcing and directing visitors and customers
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Assisting the sales staff with mailings of promotional material
- Assisting with the programming of the computerized phone system
- Performing general clerical and administrative functions as directed by the Human Resource Manager
- Acting as the backup for the Secretary
