Job Duties

  • Greet and assist vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls, determine purpose, and direct to the appropriate team members
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen items, and print materials, ensuring availability and organization
  • Keep common areas such as the kitchen, reception, and conference rooms neat and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
