Cash handling experience

Job Duties

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Receipting cash and other funds
Manage distribution of fuel via automated fuel pump and log and track fuel usage
Distribute and log customer license plates as needed
Scan documents into software
Data entry
Verifying funds and creating bank deposits
Complete special projects as assigned
