Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- answer the main phone line within one ring and direct calls accordingly
- input and update client information accurately into CRM software
- identify caller needs and route them appropriately based on their stage in the client journey
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office at all times
- support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
- actively contribute to improving client satisfaction and office hospitality standards
