Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • answer the main phone line within one ring and direct calls accordingly
  • input and update client information accurately into CRM software
  • identify caller needs and route them appropriately based on their stage in the client journey
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office at all times
  • support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
  • actively contribute to improving client satisfaction and office hospitality standards
