Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass state and company criminal background drug screens
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a concierge receptionist or customer service role preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a concierge receptionist or customer service role preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist residents with a variety of requests including transportation arrangements dining reservations event bookings and other personal services
- Coordinate with local service providers to arrange services for residents such as dry cleaning housekeeping and maintenance
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions services and amenities
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally taking messages as necessary
- Manage front desk operations ensuring the area is neat organized and welcoming
- Maintain and update resident and visitor logs ensuring accurate and up to date records
