Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Heavy phone contact experience
Good interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to interact with patients, visitors, and administration
Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

Provide patient information to visitors and family via EPIC
Screen all persons entering the medical center
Assist patients and visitors with directions throughout the medical center
Perform routine clerical duties and related work
Utilize EPIC Transport Technologies for patient transport facilitation or provide loaner wheelchairs
Assist with wayfinding and escorting to appointments or locations within the hospital
Lift and move supplies and stock closets to maintain adequate levels
