Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate’s degree preferred
- prior experience in receptionist or administrative support role desirable
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency in office computer programs
- capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- willingness to work scheduled shifts including overtime
- professional appearance in line with dress code
- critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet visitors and patients and provide exceptional customer service
- answer, place, and direct phone calls and distribute messages
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain filing systems
- enter data accurately and maintain databases
- prepare statistical reports and type documents and correspondence
- organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- monitor and order office supplies
- handle information requests, review files and records, and respond to incoming work requests
- perform basic accounting functions such as checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash in relevant departments
- maintain a neat and professional office area
- attend staff meetings, in-services, and committee projects as assigned
- adhere to organizational policies and maintain professional appearance
