Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally
- manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries courteously
- schedule and coordinate resident transportation appointments
- file and maintain medical records and admission paperwork
- provide clerical and administrative support to Health Information and department directors
- process mail and order supplies
- respond to resident account inquiries as needed
- maintain confidentiality and promote a professional environment
- participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- uphold customer service standards and support a positive workplace culture
