Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
- prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred
- knowledge of office practices and patient insurance systems
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- ability to maintain confidentiality with patient records
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- reliable and self-motivated
- able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- modeling company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the we believe behavioral framework
- support the perfect patient experience process by helping to get patients into the office and ensure their comfort during visits
- schedule appointments to maintain a smooth and productive day for healthcare providers
- interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during their wait time
- answer telephones promptly and handle all calls efficiently and thoroughly
- complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- post payments to patient accounts according to company policies
