Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
- demonstrates effective time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role preferably in senior living or hospitality
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- assist residents with a variety of requests including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
- coordinate with local service providers to arrange services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
- provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
- answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
- manage front desk operations ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
- maintain and update resident and visitor logs ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
