Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of receptionist experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
- Understanding of general hospital operations
- Ability to adhere to patient policies at Willow Springs Center
- Strong rapport-building skills
- Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries
- Proficient in phone communication
- Skilled in using personal computer and Microsoft programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle protected health information ethically
- Understanding of hospital operations and adherence to Willow Springs Center policies
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with families and maintain therapeutic boundaries
- Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office suite programs
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests upon arrival at the center
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Accept and track packages delivered to the facility
- Maintain and create reports as requested by various departments
- Prepare and track outgoing mail accurately and timely
- Complete check requests and other clerical paperwork efficiently
- Create and organize packets for new admissions
