Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of receptionist experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
  • Understanding of general hospital operations
  • Ability to adhere to patient policies at Willow Springs Center
  • Strong rapport-building skills
  • Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries
  • Proficient in phone communication
  • Skilled in using personal computer and Microsoft programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle protected health information ethically
  • Understanding of hospital operations and adherence to Willow Springs Center policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with families and maintain therapeutic boundaries
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests upon arrival at the center
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Accept and track packages delivered to the facility
  • Maintain and create reports as requested by various departments
  • Prepare and track outgoing mail accurately and timely
  • Complete check requests and other clerical paperwork efficiently
  • Create and organize packets for new admissions
