Job Requirements
- experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related fields preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
- excellent customer service, communication, and phone etiquette
- ability to handle high-volume and sensitive situations professionally and tactfully
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with basic office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and photocopiers

Job Duties

- answer phones, provide information, and direct calls and inquiries according to established policies and procedures
- assist and direct residents, employees, and guests to appropriate departments or individuals
- provide information via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person
- greet, assist, and screen all visitors, guests, vendors, contractors, employees, and residents to help provide community security
- receive, distribute, and record incoming packages and mail
- sort and forward daily USPS and inter-office mail to the appropriate departments
