Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of front-of-house experience with responsibilities across operations and service delivery
  • A strong passion for creating a world-class Astranis experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional office-wide communications
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset, always striving for high-quality, timely resolutions
  • Ability to stay adaptable and calm in fast-moving or ambiguous situations
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office, and comfort learning new tools and applications quickly
  • Experience with budget tracking and procurement
  • Must be onsite 5 days a week

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the lobby is always presentable, polished, and professional
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service from the front desk, ensuring guests and employees have a welcoming and seamless experience
  • Support employees and visitors in the office with ad hoc questions, guidance, and assistance as needed
  • Respond to and resolve service requests promptly
  • Plan and assist with internal events, such as happy hours, VIP visits, and company-wide celebrations
  • Oversee front-of-house operations including visitor and badge management, food and beverage deliveries, shipping/receiving, and office supply management
