Job Duties
- Provide general administrative support
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain website calendar and documents
- Operate and maintain an espresso machine to prepare high-quality coffee beverages
- Serve coffee and other refreshments for guests and staff as requested
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform all other related tasks and duties as required
